Resort Policies

CHECK-IN:
Check-in is after 4:00pm.
CHECK-OUT:
Check-out is 11:00am.
CHILDREN:
Children are welcome at our resort property under adult supervision. Extra caution near high banks on our waterfront and on unsupervised docks.
PETS (dogs only):
Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times while on resort property. Dogs are allowed in these designated units only. No dogs should be left alone in the room unattended.
Dogs staying in a designated room/cottage/villa require a one-time fee of $50 per dog with a limit of two dogs.
$100 will be charged for any unauthorized pets.

CANCELLATION AND PAYMENT POLICIES

– Should a cancellation occur more than 30 days prior to scheduled arrival date deposits received will be refunded (less a 10% of booking total as an administration fee).

– Should a cancellation occur within 30 days of arrival, 50% will be non-refundable.

– Vouchers and gift certificates must be booked by phone, once booked they will be considered redeemed and non-refundable.

-Should you need to check-out prior to your scheduled departure date, you will be charged for those reserved dates, unless we are able to rerent.

Group bookings are subject to specific cancellation fees.
