Resort Policies
CHECK-IN:
Check-in is after 5:00pm or by previous arrangement
CHECK-OUT:
Check-out is 10:00am unless otherwise arranged
CHILDREN:
Children are welcome at our resort property under adult supervision. Extra caution near high banks on our waterfront and on unsupervised docks.
PETS:
Pets must be kept on a leash at all times while on resort property. Pets are allowed in these designated units only.
- Cottages units 105 and 104
- Inn Rooms units 207 and 208
- Villa units 114, 113 and 117 thru 120
CANCELLATION AND PAYMENT POLICIES
– A deposit of 50% of the total room/s charge plus tax is required at time of reservation. The remaining 50% of the total room/s charge plus tax will be secured 2 days prior to arrival.
– Should a cancellation occur more than 30 days prior to scheduled arrival date deposits received will be refunded (less a 15% of booking total as an administration fee). However, the customer may use the admin fee as a credit towards a new booking in the same calendar year.
– Should a cancellation occur within 30 days of arrival, deposits received will be non-refundable. However, the customer may use the amount equivalent to the admin fee as a credit towards a new booking in the same calendar year.
– Pet stay in designated rooms require a one-time fee of $25 per pet with a limit of two pets.
– Pet stay in a designated cottage/villa require a one-time fee of $50 per pet with a limit of two pets.
– Vouchers and gift certificates must be booked by phone, once booked they will be considered redeemed and non-refundable.
-Should you need to check-out prior to your scheduled departure date, you will be charged for those reserved dates, unless we are able to rent the suite.
Group bookings are subject to specific cancellation fees.
