How to Spa
What do I wear to Spa
If requested you will be provided with a robe and slippers for use within the spa. If you are staying at a cottage please feel free to come over in the robe from your suite. You may use a locker to store your belongings.
Please leave your valuables at home as the spa does not assume responsibility for any missing items
During your treatment you will always be draped with the top sheet and an additional blanket is available at your request. Your spa practitioner will only uncover the part of the body they are working on, ensuring that your modesty is respected at all times.
What is it like at the Spa
We enjoy offering you an environment of tranquility and ask that you kindly turn off all personal electronic devices before entering the spa.
You can expect a comfortable environment during your visit. The massage table is padded and there will be relaxing music playing, unless you request otherwise.
When should I get to the Spa
Please arrive 20 to 30 minutes prior to the start of your scheduled spa appointment to allow yourself time to shower, use the pool, steam room and whirlpool.
Each spa client will spend a few minutes on the initial visit to complete an intake form prior to treatment. To help ensure that treatment is healthy, safe and enjoyable please do not be shy in expressing your specific needs.
By arriving late, your treatment may still end as scheduled in consideration of our next guest.
If you need to cancel, please do so at least twenty-four hours in advance. We require 50% of the service fee for cancellations without twenty-four hours notice as we have reserved this time especially for you.
