The Environment around the Resort
It is our goal to pursue environmentally-friendly development to protect the pristine nature of the Bennett Bay area. Once development is complete, we will continue efforts to ensure our surroundings are contstantly cared for.
We will also encourage owners and visitors to enjoy the Resort and the natural beauty of its setting in an ecologically considerate manner.
In our efforts, we will:
Seek to reduce consumption of energy and natural resources by careful housekeeping and by the implementation of state-of-the-art technology.
Promote an active policy of waste avoidance and dispose of waste through safe and responsible methods.
Minimize waste by using recycled products wherever possible.
Install a state-of-the-art sewage treatment facility to protect the marine environment of Bennett Bay from contamination.
Ensure water conservation is properly managed and maintained.
With no predators and no hunting the rather large population of deer have become very friendly. |
